WonSook Lee is an assistant professor at SITE, Faculty of Engineering, University of Ottawa, Canada, a position she has held since September 2003. She has about 15 years experience in computer animation (MPEG 4), virtual reality, medical imaging, face recognition (MPEG 7), and music analysis. She has studied at universities and worked in companies in South Korea, the U.K., Singapore, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. She has been involved in several Swiss, European and Canadian projects and international public demonstrations with her systems. Her work has been adopted by two companies in Japan and France.
